Welcome to Stack Pro. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided Simple Stack offers maintenance, development, and support services for Airtable and other no-code integration and database tools tools (collectively, the "Services"). These Services are available under a month-to-month subscription plan called Stack Pro. Details of this plan are available on our website and are subject to change.

2. Subscription Term and Renewal Subscriptions to our Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the date of your initial subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal charge date to avoid billing for the next cycle.

3. Fees and Payment Fees for our Services are billed at a rate of $250 per hour, billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. Prices may be subject to change, but we will notify you at least 30 days in advance through the email associated with your account.

4. Use of Services You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality All intellectual property created, developed, or delivered under this Agreement by Simple Stack is owned by the Client. Simple Stack agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of providing the Services and is bound to maintain the confidentiality of all such information unless otherwise required by law.

6. Termination You may terminate your subscription at any time via email to andrew@simple-stack.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Simple Stack makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

8. Limitation of Liability In no event will Simple Stack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
